This is key to modern creative leadership and fundamental to a modern creative process that demands empathy and collaboration. Lateral thinker


In an interview I did exploring creative processes outside of advertising, owner of Hales Gallery, Paul Hedge, said “If you want to draw an elephant, draw a giraffe and then gradually change it into an elephant - you’ll get a much more interesting elephant”. This sums up what I’m constantly inspiring and enabling others to do, increasingly including those for whom the creative process is often alien. 



Craft is like the finale – no matter how great the rest of the show is, if this bit doesn’t shine you’ll only ever get 3 stars. I both passionately teach clients of it’s importance and ensure the work that leaves the door is to a high quality. I have a particular passion for Art Direction, Film and Illustration.

Working around Europe’s most remarkable startups for the last six years I’ve learnt you have to have a deep understanding of your client’s business to be successful. Engaging with the commercial strategist at Albion has given me some of the most remarkable creative springboards of my career, allowing my team to make great work and helping transform our client’s businesses.
